4-yr-old killed by mother's bf's dog in Brooklyn (Click here)
(Some descriptions are graphic).
The dog who attacked the youth was a cane corso (seen above** (**this is not the actual dog who committed the attacks)).
Apparently the dog had killed a bunny sometime before, leaving everything on the floor. That should have been a clue to the mother, frankly.
The dog killed the child after mauling him by ripping his throat out. The boy's two brothers, aged 2 & 5, could only watch in silent fear, frozen. The mother, holding her 10-month-old in her arms, tried to pull the dog off, but couldn't. Neighbours tried to help, but the dog was aggressive and obviously out of control.
The dog, in my opinion, should either be sent to Cesar (the Dog Whisperer), or put to sleep. Its owner should be investigated as well.
