OC Transpo route changes as of Septembre 4th, 2011.

No changes will be made to the following routes: 1, 7, 14, 20, 21, 24, 27, 60, 66, 67, 69, 70, 71, 73, 76, 77, 105, 114, 122, 123, 126, 128, 146, 147, 148, 171, 183, 186, 189, 194, 199, 221, 231, 245, 261, 262 and 283.

Routes like the 61, for example, will be extended. "Route 61: Will be revised slightly to operate along Abbeyhill and Carbrooke, replacing Routes 62 and 63. Service will be removed from Hazeldean Mall. Limited service will be provided on Palomino in the morning peak period only. The frequency of service will also be increased to 14 trips in the morning and 20 in the afternoon." - OC Transpo.

OC Transpo cuts approved. Yay?...

The cuts will save the city $20 million a year, however will frustrate the riders even more then they already are. 

I, for one,  am extremely frustrated at this. OC Transpo is already one of the worst public transit systems in the world, and now it'll be even more irritating? Joy. What about all the people who basically need the buses to move around the city because they can't drive, etc? But, no, let's save the city some money! Grr!!!!
