"Access Hollywood"'s Billy Bush stands up for animal rights.
Almost 4am and the world's worst neighbor has his poor pup fenced in (raining) and its been barking ALL NIGHT. So sad and irritating.

Australian "Deputy Technology" Editor Ben Grubb arrested.
Tweets Grubb at 4:15 ET: "I've been arrested by Queensland Police for a story I wrote today. They've also seized my iPad. #AusCERT".
Not long afterwards, Grubb tweets that he has been released from custody, however his iPod is still seized.
It is unclear at this point what the story he wrote was about and why it would prompt the Queensland Police to arrest him...
